This can be done by selecting the sections of the folder and visiting the Safety tab. Choose and add the user QBDB2x, give full permissions.   4. Provide Administrative privileges to all the users who use these applications.
    1. The script bunch file consists of the following instructions:
      1. net start QuickBooksDB2x // Triggers the QBDB service of the respective year 20xx
      2. net start QBCFMonitorService // Triggers the QBCFMonitor service
      3. TIMEOUT // Timeout value.
  5. The above bunch (saved as name.bat) file has to add to assignment scheduler tasks. The user account can QBUser that can be created with Administrator rights and a common password communicated in the description.
  6. Options to be checked in General Tab:
    1. Run whether the user is logged on or not
    2. Run with the highest privileges
    3. Hidden
  7. Options to be checked in Triggers Tab:
    1. Begin the task “At log on
    2. Any user
    3. Repeat task every 5 minutes.
    4. Duration: Indefinitely
    5. Check “Enabled
  8. Following steps, add the corresponding batch file by selecting New.
